By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, that's totally okay—but you won't be able to use CLIQFIT.

We might make changes to these Terms from time to time to improve your experience. If we make any big changes, we'll let you know. If you keep using CLIQFIT after an update, it means you accept the new Terms.

• Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
• Keep your login details secure—we can't be responsible if someone else gets access to your account.

3. Using CLIQFIT Responsibly

We want CLIQFIT to be a fun and positive space! By using our app, you agree not to:

• Use CLIQFIT for anything illegal or harmful.
• Share offensive or misleading content.
• Try to hack, copy, or mess with our app in any way.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some CLIQFIT features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• We'll always notify you in advance if our pricing changes.

5. Your Content & Rights

• Anything you share on CLIQFIT still belongs to you.
• However, by posting content, you give us permission to use it to improve and run the app (don't worry, we won't claim ownership!).
• We may remove content if it violates these Terms.

6. Our Responsibility (or Lack of It!)

• We do our best to provide a great experience, but CLIQFIT is offered "as is" without guarantees.
• We're not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages caused by using the app.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

If someone misuses CLIQFIT or violates these Terms, we may suspend or deactivate their account.

8. Legal Stuff
